My 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with hashimoto and a malignant nodule on her thyroid a while back. After we received these news we were advised to see a surgeon. We were fortunate enough to find Dr. Arbay since he is a pediatric surgeon. Dr. Arbay looked over our results and examined my daughter and then sent us in for further testing. Dr. Arbay examined our results of the new tests and determined that my daughter did not require surgery. Instead our daughter just needed to be followed up on a regular basis. We are extremely thankful for Dr. Arbay, he took the time and his experience to help us through this difficult time.
